Martin Herson is an experienced litigator with the firm having qualified as a solicitor in 1993. His practice principally covers the areas of personal injury and health & safety law as well as insolvency litigation.
In 2008 Martin qualified as a Higher Rights Advocate and routinely attends Court hearings on behalf of his clients. He also has experience of obtaining and defending High Court injunctive relief.
