Lyn Brisley has been based in the Peterborough office since 1997. She handles all aspects of divorce and separation and is doing an increasing amount of preventative work as co-habitation contracts and pre-nuptial agreements grow in popularity.

Lyn is also a trained Collaborative Lawyer, dedicated to resolve the issues which flow from the breakdown of a relationship in as non-confrontational a manner as possible. However, she has extensive experience in Court and dealing with high net worth individuals. Lyn also heads up the contentious side of the agricultural team.

She is involved with various local business groups and is a member of Resolution. In addition Lyn is a Governor for a local primary school.
