Lyn Brisley has been based in the Peterborough office since 1997. She handles all aspects of divorce and separation as well as doing preventative work with co-habitation contracts and pre-nuptial agreements.

Lyn is a trained Collaborative Lawyer who aims to help couples reach an agreement on how assets should be divided in a civilised way without the stress of going to Court. In addition Lyn is a trained family mediator. She uses her experience to guide and assist couples to explore options that work for both partners. Lyn also has extensive experience in Court as well as dealing with more complex cases and high net worth individuals.

Lyn's style is to listen and adapt her approach and advice to the client's circumstances and wishes. She fights her client’s corner vigorously but in a non-confrontational way which she finds is more effective at achieving the best outcome.

Lyn is a member of Resolution, a leading family law association, and various local business groups. She is also Governor for a local primary school.
