Gail Sykes qualified in 1997 and joined the firm in April 2008. Gail has a national reputation for her work with Registered Providers, Local Authorities, Government departments, property managers and private landlords having acted for an impressive portfolio of housing providers.
Gail has particular expertise in housing litigation and housing management law, she is an experienced Advocate who regularly and successfully represents her clients in Court proceedings.
Gail has particular experience in assisting clients with possession proceedings, injunctions, demotion proceedings and ASBOs. Gail regularly speaks at national and regional housing conferences and provides bespoke training for her clients.
