Colleen Gostick is the firm’s Award-winning Managing Partner, a position she has held for the past 9 years. Colleen was the firm’s youngest, and first female, partner in it’s 200 year history and under her leadership the firm has become recognised as one of the top 500 law firms in the UK, and a major player amongst legal firms in the region. She is a highly regarded Commercial Property lawyer with strong local connections and wide experience of commercial property work including acting for Local Authorities and Housing Associations as well as owner managed businesses.
Colleen is the Chairman of the Greater Peterborough Partnership – the Local Strategic Partnership uniting representatives from the public, private, faith, community and voluntary sectors in the delivery of the Local Plan for Peterborough – a role she accepted in order to effect a higher level of private sector involvement, and engagement, in the development of the city. She is also a Director of Opportunity Peterborough, the UK's first urban regeneration company. She holds a strong track record of engagement with local businesses including serving as a Judge for both the Institute of Directors East of England Businesswomen Awards, and the Peterborough Evening Telegraph Business Awards.
Colleen was named East of England Businesswoman of the Year 2006 by the Institute of Directors, and Managing Partner of the Year 2008 by LawNet, the leading national network of over 65 law firms.
