Buckles Solicitors LLP has welcomed Suzanne Evans back into the business – more than a decade after she first legally qualified.
Suzanne has re-joined Buckles as Head of Court of Protection, having qualified with the firm as a member of the Private Client team in 2005.
In the intervening 12 years, Suzanne headed up Court of Protection teams at two other law firms.
Suzanne has experience in all general private client matters, such as Wills, Powers of Attorney, Trusts and administration of estates.
She is also a specialist in Court of Protection matters, including Deputyship and Statutory Will applications, and in acting for vulnerable and elderly clients.
In addition, Suzanne assists professional and lay deputies in the administration of Court of Protection and Attorneyship matters, and is a Trustee for Headway Bedford, a charity supporting people with brain injuries.
Given the nature of her profession, Suzanne says she is naturally interested in people, and her friendly nature helps to put clients at ease. She is noted in the 2016 edition of the UK Legal 500 as being ‘incredibly efficient yet empathetic’.
