Buckles Solicitors LLP staff are one of the firm's most important assets. We are committed to training and developing our staff at all levels and supporting them in their work to enhance the firm as a whole. Buckles has many successes and can boast current Partners who came in as Trainees, Lawyers who came in as secretaries and secretaries who joined us as general business support assistants.
The firm has held the Investors in People Accreditation (IiP) for ten years and has strong links with local Further Education organisations. Everyone is encouraged to undertake courses that will benefit their own development in line with the needs of the Firm. Training is agreed throughout the year but specifically at induction and at annual personal development reviews.
Buckles is proud of the progressive culture of the firm. Lawyers are often considered "stuffy", but here at Buckles there is a fun and buoyant atmosphere that is often commented on by our clients. Client satisfaction surveys are sent out to clients and one of the regular words used to describe our staff is "approachable". This fun culture is particularly evident when the firm participates in various local events such as the Peterborough Dragon Boat Race, It's a Knockout, as well as internal social and charity events.
