My accident happened a while ago. Can I still claim?
We will be able to take on your case if the accident happened less than 3 years ago. The law states that claims can not be made on any accident that occurred more than 3 years ago. Only in exceptional circumstance does this rule change. In the case of illnesses, claims can only be made within three years of diagnosis from a registered doctor.
