Corporate Lawyer

A position has arisen within our Company Commercial team for a Corporate Lawyer. Reporting to head of department, the successful candidate will be working with the firm's client base that varies from owner managed organisations through to household named blue chip companies. The Department have recently been most active in the MBO/MBI market with transactions predominantly around the £5 million to £10 million mark but several deals have exceeded this figure.

The role will require excellent knowledge of corporate finance, corporate commercial, private company share sales and purchases, and intellectual property. Strong business development skills are a pre-requisite coupled with good team skills.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a proven track record in Company Commercial Law and will be ideally 5-7 years PQE. Salary is competitive and negotiable but dependant on experience.
